    … that’s all the core bits you need in place to get your website working harder for you!

  • 99.9% of the time, it’ll be in your email inbox within 10 working days (usually much sooner!). If there are likely to be any delays (eg. if I happen to be away on holiday when you book in), I’ll let you know ASAP.

  • When you go through the checkout (here), you’ll make your payment and then be taken to a confirmation page which asks you to share a few details with me. Don’t worry though… if you miss it, you’ll also find a link to this page in an email which will be automatically sent to you, along with your receipt.

    When I receive all of your information, I’ll save a slot in my diary to do the audit (don’t worry - you don’t need to be there!) and get to work.

    When I’ve finished, I’ll send you an email with a link to the video and your action plan.

    Please note that the video review will only be available online for 30 days but you can easily download it to your own device.

  • No, not at all!

    If you happen to use Squarespace then I can give you really specific instructions about where to find settings etc. (because I use it myself every day) but the principles of effective and strategic website design apply regardless of what platform you use.

    I have reviewed websites built on Squarespace, Wix, Go Daddy, Wordpress, Weebly and more!

  • I will typically review your home page, about page, contact page and three service pages.

    If you have more than this (or something different to this), you’ll have an opportunity to specify which pages are your biggest priority and I'll focus on those.

  • Don’t worry. Depending on what you need, I can usually (1) signpost you to other useful services and resources, (2) offer to help you myself or (3) suggest an alternative person to support you.
